Variations on these flat fees include:
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o Pass through (hourly) cost associated with having an “outside engineer” conduct the
review.
 For communities with populations between 50,001 and 70,000:
o Site plan review following obtaining a conditional use permit is $250. The city also
applies a sliding scale for zoning reviews based on type and size of property.
Residential starts at $500; multi-family starts at $700; and commercial starts at $900.
The larger the site the higher the fees for zoning reviews.
 For communities with populations between 90,001 and 110,000:
o In addition to a base fee ($475) the city also charges for mailing fees.
 For communities with populations between 130,001 and 150,000:
o $100 per acre
