 For communities with populations under 10,000:
o $255 for staff level review or 50% of previous fee.
 For communities with populations between 10,000 and 30,000:
o City Engineer hours;
o Second revision may have extra charge;
o Varies depending upon the application type.
 For communities with populations between 30,001 and 50,000:
o Part of building or development permit fee;
o $800 deposit.
 For communities with populations between 50,001 and 70,000:
