Fog machines are not designed for permanent operation: regular operation breaks will prolong their lives. Permanent pumping may overheat and damage the pump. A duty cycle of 30 % is advisable. 4. Operation IMPORTANT operation notes: The VDP600HZ does not feature an automatic stop function when running out of fluid; the pump will continue working. Always monitor the tank fluid level during operation as the device can suffer damage when run without fluid! Clean the spray nozzle and make sure nothing is obstructing the output before each use.
VDP600HZ 7. DMX Connection DMX-512 Connection When applicable, connect an XLR cable to the female XLR output of a controller (not incl.) and the other side to the male XLR input [8] of the device. Multiple devices can be linked through serial linking. The linking cable should be a dual core, screened cable with XLR input and output connectors. A DMX terminator is recommended for installations where the DMX cable has to run a long distance or is in an electrically noisy environment (e.g. discos).

Installer l’appareil à un endroit où il n'y a pas beaucoup de passage et inaccessible à des personnes non autorisées. Enlever tout matériau inflammable dans un rayon de 0,5 m autour de l’appareil.

VDP600HZ Déterminer l’adresse de départ Tous les appareils pilotés par un signal DMX demandent une adresse de départ DMX pour assurer que les appareils corrects réagissent sur les signaux de contrôle. Cette adresse de départ numérique indique le numéro de canal sur lequel l’appareil “écoute” le contrôleur DMX. Vous avez le choix entre une seule adresse de départ pour toute une série d’appareils ou une adresse de départ par appareil.

VDP600HZ Das Gerät aufhängen: o Lassen Sie das Gerät von einem Fachmann und gemäß den EN 60598-2-17 und allen anderen zutreffenden Normen installieren. o Die Konstruktion muss während einer Stunde eine Punktlast von maximal 10 x dem Gewicht des Gerätes tragen können, ohne dass Verformung verursacht wird. o Das Gerät muss immer mit einer zweiten Befestigung z.B. mit einem Sicherheitskabel gesichert werden (nicht mitgeliefert). Befestigen Sie das Sicherheitskabel am Sicherheitshaken [2].
VDP600HZ 6.1 Autonome Steuerung Stellen Sie DIP-Schalter 10 auf ON. Stellen Sie die gewünschte Nebelausstoß mit den übrigen DIP-Schaltern ein: DIP-Schalter 1 bis 4 für Nebelausstoß, DIP-Schalter 5 bis 9 für die Geschwindigkeit des Lüfters. 6.2 Fernsteuerung Stellen Sie DIP-Schalter 10 auf OFF. Die anderen DIP-Schalter haben keine Funktion. Siehe Abbildung, Seite 2, und die Beschreibung unter §4 für mehr Information über die Funktionen.

Reinigen Sie das Gerät alle 40 Betriebsstunden oder alle 2 Monate. o Demontieren Sie die Düse und machen Sie diese mit Essig sauber. Sorgen Sie dafür, dass Sie alle Rückstände entfernen. o Entleeren Sie den Behälter und befüllen Sie ihn mit Reinigungsfluid (Bestell-Nr. VDLCL, nicht mitgeliefert). Lassen Sie das Gerät funktionieren bis der Behälter leer ist.
