HPE Training Credits for Total Education Terms and Conditions
1. HPE Credits for Total Education Services and HPE Credits for Total Education One Services
can be redeemed for any course oered by HPE Education Services. Qualifying courses
may be found at hpe.com/ww/purchaseoptions.
2. Any HPE Education Services purchased using HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits will
be governed by the local country specific HPE Education Services Terms and Conditions.
3. Your purchase of HPE Credits for Total Education Services and HPE Credits for Total Education
One Services can only be used for training provided by HPE Education Services. For example,
Credits for Total Education and Total Education One cannot be used for training on wireless
networking training delivered by Aruba. Qualifying courses are provided at the l previously
mentioned ink.
4. The duration of the HPE Credits for Total Education Services and HPE Credits for Total Education
One Services is 12 months; all training must be scheduled prior to expiration of your
applicable 12 month period. Once purchased, Hewlett Packard Enterprise will provide you
with information regarding the start and end date of the 12 month ordering period in which
you are required to redeem your Training Credits. “Refills” can be purchased any time during
this period; however, those funds are subject to the same expiration date.
5. Any unused funds at expiration of your 12 month ordering period are forfeited and no
extension beyond expiration is permitted.
6. You may only redeem Training Credits for eligible courses that are delivered in the same
country of your Training Credits purchase.
7. HPE Credits for Total Education Services and HPE Credits for Total Education One Services
are non-refundable.

What are HPE Training Credits?
HPE Training Credits is a simple way to buy
training from Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
You can greatly simplify your budgeting and
purchasing processes and make sure that
training requirements are met as needed.
If you know that you will need training, but are
not exactly sure of the specifics (who, what,
when), then HPE Training Credits oer a flexible
and convenient solution.
Hewlett Packard Enterprise oers two basic
types of HPE Training Credits:
• HPE Training Credits for Total Education:
This is a currency-based “account” of funds used
to purchase any course from our “Total” suite of
education and training oerings including
HPE Education Consulting solutions. It comes in
two versions:
a. HPE Credits for Total Education Services
b. HPE Credits for Total Education One Services
• HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits:
These Training Credit entitle a student to
attend publicly scheduled training on the
respective technology.
