HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits Terms and

Conditions

1. HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits can be redeemed for any courses oered by

HPE Education Services. Qualifying courses may be found at hpe.com/ww/purchaseoptions.

2. Any HPE Education Services purchased using HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits will

be governed by the local country specific HPE Education Services Terms and Conditions.

3. Your purchase of HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits can only be used for training

provided by HPE Education Services. For example, funds from your Training Credits cannot

be used for training on wireless networking training delivered by Aruba. Qualifying courses

are provided at the previously mentioned link.

4. HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits are redeemable for those courses available in the

portfolio associated with the HPE Training Credits you purchased.

5. If you choose to use your HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits outside of the portfolio

you purchased, then the courses will be redeemed based upon the monetary value of the course.

6. The duration of the HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits is 12 months; all training must

be scheduled prior to expiration of your applicable 12 month period. Once purchased,

Hewlett Packard Enterprise will provide you with information regarding the start and end date

of the 12 month ordering period in which you are required to redeem your Training Credits.

“Refills” can be purchased any time during this period; however, those funds are subject to

the same expiration date.

7. Any unused funds at expiration of your 12 month ordering period are forfeited and no

extension beyond expiration is permitted.

8. You may only redeem HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits for eligible courses that are

delivered in the same country of your Training Credits purchase.

9. HPE Technology-Specific Training Credits are non-refundable.
