Copy protection for DVD movies
Most DVD movies in the market are encrypted with copy
protection to prevent illegal duplication of copyrighted
material. This protection distorts the picture quality when
copied or prevents it from being copied. The following
tables shows two of the currently used copy protection
methods and their effect on playback.
