Installing the front panel I/O device assembly
To instal the front panel I/O device assembly:
1. Guide the front panel I/O device assembly cables through the chassis openings from which they
were removed.
2. Place the front panel I/O device assembly in the chassis, and then install the fastening screws in
reverse order as they were removed.
3. Connect the front panel I/O audio (1) and USB (2) cables to the system board as shown in the
following diagram.

NOTE: The front panel I/O device assembly also has a 1394a cable. Either connect this cable to
the optional 1394 expansion card or, if the card is not present, clip the cable to the bottom of the
chassis with the plastic clip provided.
