Displaying a Client’s
Geographical
Location
To display the location of a client within a site, select the client, then click
on the Client Monitor window’s toolbar.
The floor the client is currently on is displayed, as well as the client’s likely
location on the floor.
The client is most likely in the vicinity of the contour shown on the floor
plan. The contour is labeled with the client’s username and IP address.
Terminating a Client’s
Session
To terminate a client’s session
1 Select the client.
2 Click on the Client Monitor window’s toolbar. The Clear User dialog
box appears.
3 Do one of the following:
 Click Yes to terminate the session, then click Close.
 Click No to cancel the termination request.
