Configure and apply
policies
Applies configuration settings from policies to a single
switch or multiple switches.

Deploy Sends WX switch configurations from the network plan
into the live network, to implement the network plan on
the live WX switches.
(See “Deploying WX switches from a Network Plan to the
Network” on page 339.)
Verify configuration
changes
Checks WX switch configuration changes against a set of
configuration rules, alerts you to configuration items that
do not fit the rules, and enables you to either edit these
configuration items or ignore the rules.

Synchronize local and
network changes
Compares WX switch configurations in the network with
their counterparts in the network plan, and enables you to
review the differences, and either deploy the new changes
to synchronize the configurations, or undo the changes.

Save image in
repository
Adds a WX system image to a repository. When you
distribute images and configuration files, you can select an
image from the repository.

Distribute Images &
Configuration
Applies software images to WX switches and optionally
reboots the WX switches to place the new images into
effect.
