5 Do one of the following:
Go to “Enabling HTTPS”.
Select another item in the WX Switch wizard, if you are using this
wizard.
Click Finish to close the wizard and save changes.
Enabling HTTPS By default, HTTPS is enabled on the WX, allowing you to use Web
Manager on port 443 for a secure session. If you disable HTTPS, you
cannot use Web Manager.
Enabling or disabling HTTPS does not affect 3WXM secure
communications. However, WebAAA and Web Manager require the
HTTPS server to be enabled.
To enable or disable HTTPS access:
1 Do one of the following:
Open the WX Switch wizard, then select HTTPS, Telnet, SSH & Web
Portal under Management Services in the organizer list of the System
and Administrative page.
In the Organizer panel, select Management Services under a WX
switch, then select Config > Edit. Click on HTTPS, Telnet, SSH &
Web Portal at the top of the wizard.
2 Select Enabled to enable HTTPS access, or clear Enabled to disable
HTTPS access.
3 Do one of the following:
Go to “Configuring Telnet”.
Select another item in the WX Switch wizard, if you are using this
wizard.
Click Finish to close the wizard and save changes.
