The hpdsm cleanup device command allows you to clean up the failed path information for a
specied devi
ce x,orforall the devices, depending on the input parameter specied, as shown
in the example below:

hpdsm cleanup device=1

Cleanup Succeeded. Verify by issuing "hpdsm devices" command.
Example:
hpdsm cleanup device=all
Successful for all the devices. Verify by issuing "hpdsm devices" command.
hpdsm notify
Syntax: hpdsm notify event=notification_event_number time=number_of_minutes
The hpdsm notify command denes user notication of events. The tim e attribute denes the number
of m inutes that will elapse from the time the event oc curs until the user is notied. The maximum value
that can be entered is 35000 minutes.
NOTE:
Syntax: hpdsm notify event=notification_event_number
The above command will make the notication to wait indenitely until the user terminates the wait
(eg: with Ctrl-C).
Table 3 denes the selections for the notication command string.
