Displaying Service Performance Statistics
Chapter 4108
Figure 4-7 Service Performance Statistics SLO Related Statistics
In the Service Performance Statistics SLO Related window
(Figure 4-7, Service Performance Statistics SLO Related Statistics),
the following statistics are displayed:
• Aggregate number of unexpired concurrent sessions for the
service. By default, a session expires after 2 hours, or if a request
is not received for the session in 15 minutes. You configure the
session timeouts under the Advanced tab of the Add/Edit Site
Configuration screen. There may be up to a 30 second delay in
reporting the number of sessions.
• Response time per request class for the service in milliseconds.
The response time also includes any web server application
processing time. It does not include the time the request spends on
the network between the browser and the web server. WebQoS
averages the response time for each Request Class over 2 minutes.
If the web server does not receive any requests during a 2 minute
interval, the response time is displayed as 0. There may be up to a
30 second delay in reporting the response time.
3. To display detailed SLO related statistics for each site in the service,
choose Details in the Service Performance Statistics SLO
Related screen.
