In the Site Performance Statistics SLO Related Statistics
window (Figure 4-5, Site Performance Statistics SLO Related
Statistics), the following statistics are displayed:
• The number of unexpired concurrent sessions for the site. By
default, a session expires after 2 hours, or if a request is not
received for the session in 15 minutes. You configure the session
timeouts under the Advanced tab of the Add/Edit Site
Configuration screen. There may be up to a 30 second delay in
reporting the number of sessions.
• The response time per request class, shown in milliseconds. The
response time also includes any web server application processing
time. It does not include the time the request spends on the
network between the browser and the web server. WebQoS
averages the response time for each request class over 2 minutes.
If the web server does not receive any requests during a 2 minute
interval, the response time is displayed as 0. There may be up to a
30 second delay in reporting the response time.
• The current utilization of the high, medium, and low request class
