The SMX_IPBindsToEthernetLANEndpoint class implements the
HP_IPBindsToEthernetLANEndpoint
class and associates an instance of an IPProtocolEndpoint
with its representative Ethernet LAN Endpoint instance.
NOTE:
Currently not implemented on VMware ESXi platform. The association information between
IP addresses and physical NICs is not available to OEM providers on ESXi.
