the LocationInformation array contains the socket number

LocationInfoDesc[0]: 0 (Slot), indicates that the second element of
the LocationInformation array contains the slot number
If both socket and slot numbers are available:
LocationInfoDesc[0]: 4(Socket), indicates that the first element of
the LocationInformation array contains the socket number
