SMX_IPBindsToEthernetLANEndpoint implements the class HP_IPBindsToEthernetLANEndpoint and
associates an instance of an IP ProtocolEndpoint with its representative Ethernet LAN Endpoint
instance.
NOTE:
Currently not implemented on VMware ESXi platform. The association information between
IP addresses and physical NICs is not available to OEM providers on ESXi
.
