Working With
Groups
Groups can be used to control user permissions in HP Device Man-
ager.
To add a group:
1 Display the Tools menu from the Console’s menu bar and select
User Management. Select the Groups tab.
2 Click Add to add a new group. This group can now be assigned a
set of permissions, and then users can be assigned to this group.
To assign permissions to groups:
1 In the All Groups list, right-click the group you wish to modify.
2 Select Properties in the pop-up menu.
3 Select the Privileges tab.
