iOS system (iPhone/iPad): Direct, Hotspot, and WAP connectivity
TherearethreetypesofwirelessconnectionsbetweenyourmobileandyourcameraifyouareaniPhone,iPad,
oriPodTouchuser.Dependinguponyourlocationandcircumstancesusetheonethatismosteective,or
convenient,atthetime.Thereistremendousexibilitywiththesethreeoptions:
(1) iOS: Direct Mode, without using your mobile carrier service

1.PresswirelessButton
andselectWirelesstoMobile( )toconnect.
2.SelectDirectModeontheWirelessAccessPointlist.
3.IftheDirectModeisconnected,asignaliconwillshow(
).
4.TaptheconnectionmodeandascreenwillshowwiththeWiFiIDand
Passwordforyourt450cameraforthreeseconds.

OnyouriOSmobile(iPhone,iPad):
1.GotoSettingsandthengotoWiFifunction.
2.SelectthesameWirelessIDshownonyourcameratoconnect.
3.Oncetheicon
shows,theDirectModeconnectionisactivated.
4.PressWiVideoicon
toactivatetheMobileWiVideoApp.
Note:Itmaytakeawhilefor
toshowupinordertoconnect.
(2) iOS: Mobile Hotspot Mode, using your mobile carrier service

1.GotoSettingsonyourmobileandthengotoWirelessfunction.
2.SelectthePersonalHotspotfunctiononyourmobile.
3.EnableyourPersonalHotspot.
4.Once you have activated Personal Hotspot , you may share it with your camera for a
connection.
Onyourcamera:
1.PresstheWirelessButton(
)andselectWirelesstoMobile( )toscan
availableWirelessAccessPoints.
2.SelectyourmobileHotspotfromtheavailableaccesspointlist.
3.ConnectyourcameratothisHotspot.
