Symptom Cause/Solution
Unable to start SAN
Manager DM’s services.
Cause unknown. Reboot the SAN Manager DM management station.
The database is corrupt. Run the createnewdb.cmd script in the
<drive>:\hpsanmgr\sbin directory to create a new database file.
CAUTION: Creating a new database file results in the loss of all non-
default data.
