Troubleshooting
If Server Error or Internal Error Message Displays
Symptom Cause/Solution
The bridge manager displays a
Server Error or Internal Error
message.
The host machine that the bridge is connected to is down.
Check the host machine.
The SCSI Gateway is not running.
Type ps -ef
_grep ScsiGateway. If there is no listing running
then the SCSI Gateway needs to be restarted. To restart it
type /opt/hpstmgmt/ScsiGateway.
