Symptom Cause/Solution
A device’s status is UNKNOWN in
the device status table.
For the hub, you cannot view
device detail pages.
For the switch, the fan, power
supply, and temperature status are
UNKNOWN.
The device is set up as an unmanaged device in
FC Manager. Change the Manage Device setting for the
device.
1. Click the Administration tab, then click the Devices
button.
2. Select the device from the drop-down list.
3. Check the Manage Device box, then click the Save
button.
