Symptom Cause/Solution
Device-specific pages do not
display when you double-click
any
row in the device status table.
The Netscape Navigator browser does not support the
double-click function on the UNIX platform. Single-click on
the device row to highlight it, then press <Enter> to display the
device’s detail pages.

The device is set up as an unmanaged device in
FC Manager. Update the Manage Device setting for the
device.
1. Click the Administration tab, then click the Devices
button.
2. Select the device from the drop-down list.
3. Check the Manage Device box, then click the Save
button.
A parent hub is added to
FC Manager, but its child hub is
not available from the parent hub’s
detail pages.
The cascaded (child) hub is configured as a parent hub.
Reconfigure the cascaded hub as a child hub. (Refer to the
