3. Lift the port-colored SCSI I/O module latch (1)andpulltheSCSII/Omoduleoutofthechassis(2).
Installing the SCSI I/O module
1. Slide the r
eplacement SCSI I/O module into the MSA chassis bay until the module clicks into place.
2. Reconnect all SCSI cables.
NOTE:
Ensure that all of the SCSI cable connectors are fastened tightly.
Verifying proper operation
After replacing the failed SCSI I/O module, verify that:
• TheSCSII/OmoduleStatusLEDissolidgreen.
• No new error messages are displayed on the array controller LCD panel.
