The calculation drop-down list appears.
4. Select the calculation that you want to apply to the data in the column.
If you insert the calculation into a vertical table, the calculation is applied to the column
values.
A new row is added at the bottom of the table. This row is called a footer. The
aggregated value appears in the new row cell.
