Adding Logos and Flashes

You can add logos and flashes to your posters using the Insert Logo

button, or by dragging designs from the Gallery tab. In this tutorial, we’ll

demonstrate both methods.

To add a logo:

1 On the Tools toolbar, on the logo flyout, click Insert Logo.

2 In the Insert Logo dialog,

browse the logo

thumbnails on the left and

select the logo of your

choice.

3 Variations of the selected

design display on the right.

Select the variation you

want to use.

4 In the upper-right corner

of the dialog, the Apply

color set check box is

selected by default. The

adjacent drop-down list

provides color sets

specifically designed to

complement the logo.

Select the color set you

prefer.

To apply the color scheme currently used in your poster, clear the

Apply color set check box.

5 Click Open.

6 If your logo contains a

name and motto, the

Customize Your Logo

dialog opens. Edit the text

by typing directly into the

text boxes and click OK.
