3. Type configure to enter global configuration mode.
4. Type management to enter management configuration.
5. Type username-admin username to create a user name for the Manager,
where username can consist of 3 to 16 alphanumeric characters and is case
sensitive.
6. Type password-admin password to create a password for the Manager,
where password can consist of up to 16 alphanumeric characters and is
case sensitive.
To Set the Access Point’s IP Address
By default, the access point is configured to automatically receive IP
addressing from a Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) server.
However, if you are not using a DHCP server to configure IP addressing, use
the CLI to manually configure the IP values.
1. From the global configuration mode, type interface ethernet to access the
Ethernet interface-configuration mode.
