o Click OK.

4. Configure the Preview Preferences, FreeHand MX menu > Preferences… > Redraw tab:

• Select Set on-screen image resolution if it is not already selected. Select Full

checkbox to display imported TIFF files at the highest resolution available.

For non-PostScript printers, FreeHand queries the system, asking it to provide a “drawing

area” in memory. Then we need to configure the preview settings in order to get a good

resolution output.

• Click OK.

5. Open your document, File menu > Open…, create a new one, File menu > New…, or

import an image, File menu > Import….

6. Make sure you have configured the document properly (document size and orientation),

Properties panel > Document tab (Window menu > Document).

7. Select File menu > Print…, Choose driver Settings:

• Printer: Select the printer (ex. HP Designjet Z2100 24in Photo).

• Select Paper Type/Quality in the drop-dawn menu:

o Paper tab:

• Paper Type: Select the media type that is loaded on the printer.

• Quality Options: Standard and drag the slider to Quality.
