9. Adobe Illustrator Print… settings:
• General (left hand menu):
o Media > Size: Defined by Driver.
o Options: Select the scaling option you need.
• Color Management (left hand menu):
o Print Method > Color Handling: Let PostScript® printer determine colors.
You don’t need to worry about the profiles and rendering intent because you will
select Let PostScript
® printer determine colors option in the application, then,
the RIP will determine which source profile and rendering intent will be used for the
conversion to the print space, these are the Image profiles settings of the RIP Color
Preferences. The application color settings will be overridden.
o Uncheck Preserve RGB (or CMYK) Numbers.
