Client OS Supported The Bundle solution (Tiered Storage Server and 2-20TB Tiered Storage Archive Solution) is CIFS based
solution designed to perform file archiving from Windows applications
The a-la-carte version which is the FSE software can perform file archiving thru NFS or CIFS Interfaces,
allowing to offload off mixed, Windows, Linux or Unix application.
In Windows environment, FSE uses HP File Migration Agent (FMA) for moving old, less accessed contents
from the production environments into the FSE archive.

Files may be written to the FSE Archive through open-standard CIFS or NFS interfaces.
Any application that uses standard (CIFS, NFS, FTP) protocols
