load postcards or Hagaki cards
The following describes the procedure for loading postcards or Hagaki cards.
1 Remove the output tray.
2 Remove all paper from the input tray, and then slide a stack of cards
forward into the input tray until it stops.
Make sure the print side faces down.
3 Adjust the paper-width guide against the cards, and then slide the paper-
length guide in until it stops.
Make sure the cards fit within the tray (do not overload it).

If you want the best print quality, we recommend HP Papers. Using paper that
is too thin, paper that has a slick texture, or paper that stretches easily can cause
paper jams. Using paper that has a heavy texture or does not accept ink can
cause images to smear, bleed, or not be filled in completely. For more
