photo memory card overview
Your HP PSC can read CompactFlash (I, II), Memory Sticks, MMC, Secure
Digital, SmartMedia, and xD memory cards.
Your HP PSC features four slots for memory cards, shown in the illustration
below with the memory cards that correspond to each slot.
From top to bottom, the slots are configured as follows:
Slot 1: SmartMedia on top of slot (with side shown down), xD on bottom
Slot 2: Memory Stick, Magic Gate Memory Stick, Memory Stick Duo (with
user-supplied adapter), Memory Stick Pro
Slot 3: CompactFlash (I, II)
Slot 4: Secure Digital, MultiMediaCard (MMC)

front panel status lights
Status lights on the front panel provide information about tasks that your HP PSC
is currently performing or about maintenance tasks that you need to perform on
the device. For example, you can tell if the device is on or off, if it is processing
a black-and-white or color copy, if it is out of paper, or if there is a paper jam.
All status lights on the front panel are reset to the default display after two
minutes unless there is an error.
