PCI Hot Plug LEDs
The PCI Hot Plug LEDs adjacent to each PCI Hot Plug expansion slot provide
a visual reference of the status for each slot. These LEDs are viewable from
the rear of the server or from within the server after you remove the panel.
To execute a PCI Hot Plug operation, you can power down a PCI Hot Plug
expansion slot with software or from the PCI Hot Plug button. LEDs provide
visual verification that the slot is powered down.
Use the following figures and tables to determine slot conditions denoted by
each LED.

Slot power (green) On = Power is applied to the
slot.
Blinking = Power is cycling.
Off = Power is not applied to
the slot.
Slot fault (amber) On = Board has failed.
Off = Board is normal.
