Specifies the maximum transmission rate that clients stations must respect to connect
with this profile. Clients stations that attempt to associate at a higher data rate will be
refused.
The value of this object must always be greater than the value of
coDot11MinimumDataRate.
Allowed values will change according to the state of the radio’s wireless mode
(coDot11CurrentOperPHYType).
