Welcome to SF Cable, our goal is to provide access to the widest selection of
computer accessories to the largest group of customers. To insure a safe, fair , and
nonoffensive environment for all of our customers, we have established the following
Terms and Conditions.
Payment Terms
• Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, Amex, and Paypal)
• Prepaid
• COD (Money Order, Cashier Check, and Company Check)
• Net30 (Government, Education, and authorized Companies)
Customer agrees to pay any bank fees and collection costs incurred to collect the
amount balance, including reasonable attorney fees, for any returned checks (Includ-
ing non-suffi cient fi nd checks, stopped payments, closed account, etc.)
MINIMUM ORDER
NO-MINIMUM Purchase Online. Since, we generally rely on volume orders in order
to offer these low prices, orders less than $10 are subject to a $4.00 handling fee.
SHIPPING
We know you want to receive your order as soon as possible so if we have your
product in stock and your order is placed by 3:30 pm Pacifi c Standard Time we will
ship it immediately. We carry a large inventory of most of our items so when we say
“Same Day Shipping” , we mean Same Day Shipping!
SHIPPING CARRIER
SF Cable will ship all products via UPS or carrier of SF Cable’s choice unless speci-
fi ed by customer. Insurance and C.O.D Charges will be at the customer’s expense.
PRICING
All prices are FOB our warehouse. For large quantities of any item, please call for a
quotation. Prices subject to change without notice.

WARRANTY
Your satisfaction is very important to us. If for any reason your purchase from SF
Cable is not quote what you anticipated, simple call our customer service represen-
tatives and we will be happy to assist you. You may return current non-discontinued
items for credit up to 30 days from invoice date. Our requirements are simple: With
exception of defective items, the merchandise should be returned in its original pack-
aging and re-salable condition. The original merchandise must be recieved before
any credit or repair can be processed. Make sure all returned are accompanied with
the RMA number clearly marked on the box. RMA numbers issued are valid for 21
days. You are responsible for all shipping charges and ensuring that item(s) are
returned safely, NO returns, of any type, will be accepted without RMA number. Any
claim made by representatives may not supercede these terms & conditions. Please

CLAIMS
Pleaes inspect your shipment carefully upon arrival. You must contact SF Cable
within 7 days from the date you accepted delivery if there are any problems with
your shipment.
