Problem Solution

I cannot remove the

cables for my external

device from the multi-

storage bay cable

tunnel (select models

only).

Remove the rear top cover:

1 Remove the multi-storage bay cover. See “Multi-Storage Bay — Peripheral

Placement” in the “Start Here” section of this document.

2 Press tab (A) inside the bay, and slide the top back cover toward the back of the

chassis; then lift off the cover.
