Customer-replaceable Parts Service If available in your area, some customer-replaceable parts may be serviced through expedited part shipment. HP will send you the relevant part along with written instructions on how to replace the defective component. If necessary, HP will provide you with telephone assistance. Defective parts and units must be returned to HP within 30 days.
Where a network interface card (NIC) has been factory preinstalled by HP in the HP Pavilion, HP warrants that the correct drivers are installed, and that the HP Pavilion will recognise the NIC. However, HP’s warranty does NOT cover connectivity issues, which are NOT supported.
