allow manual special recovery procedures.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS
Any hardware that supports the Tru64 UNIX operating
system. Refer to the Tru64 UNIX Software Product De-
scription (SPD 70.70.xx) for more information.
SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
Reliable Transaction Router runs with Tru64 UNIX Ver-
sions 5.1A, 5.1B, 5.1B-1 and 5.1B-2.
The following table lists versions of TruCluster Servers
supported for each version of the operating system:

HP DECnet-Plus for Tru64 UNIX V4.0 (formerly
known as DECnet/OSI for Digital UNIX). Required
for DECnet configurations.
TCP/IP as provided by the operating system
TRUCLUSTER ENVIRONMENT
This layered product is fully supported when installed
on any valid and licensed TruCluster configuration. In a
TruCluster configuration, each node on which the soft-
ware is used must be licensed (SPD 70.79.xx).
OPTIONAL SOFTWARE
Remote execution software to support system man-
agement from remote nodes.
Microsoft-supported Windows-based browser for
system management running on a Windows® PC:
Internet Explorer Version 5.01, 5.5, 6.0.
Use of the RTR XA interface requires ORACLE8 Ver-
sion 8.1.5.
Reliable Transaction Router applications can be written
using HP C and C++ compilers.
