Trade-in Policy
License trade-ins are available for OpenVMS I64 Op-
erating Environments. HP sales representatives verify
Proof of License, determine how many credits the cus-
tomer is entitled to receive, and add Trade-in Credits
and Support to the order.
SOFTWARE PRODUCT SERVICES
Software services are provided to the OEs as follows:
Foundation Operating Environment (FOE) - All com-
ponents listed in the FOE are supported under one FOE
service contract. Components of the FOE cannot be
purchased or supported independently.
Enterprise Operating Environment (EOE) - The EOE
is also sold and supported at a package level; however,
the additional EOE component products are also avail-
able for sale or service at an individual level.
Mission Critical Operating Environment (MCOE) -
The MCOE, like the EOE, is sold and supported at
the package level, and the additional MCOE component
products are available for sale or service at an individual
level.

SOFTWARE WARRANTY
This software is provided by HP with a 90-day confor-
mance warranty in accordance with the HP warranty
terms applicable to the license purchase.
