can be adjusted by overriding the monitor on the management console. For more information,

Migrates one virtual machine at a time and recalculates the host rating from the SCVMM
server.
After successfully migrating all running virtual machines from the failed host, the This host is available
for placement option on the Status tab of the Properties view of host on the management console
for the failed host is deselected. After repairing the hardware, select This host is available for
placement for future migration operation.
Overriding a monitor
A monitor can be overridden to change the virtual machine move mode, such as QuickMove or
LANMove. QuickMove is restricted to cluster-based hosts and is designed for use in critical state
situations. To change the move mode, go to the Diagnostic and Recovery tab in the Properties
view of the monitor, select Edit, and then override MoveMode to replace String (QuickMove or
LANMove) for both the Diagnostic task and the Recovery task.
Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V servers support live migration of virtual machines. The VM is
live migrated if the cluster-based hosts are configured with Windows Server 2008 R2 Hyper-V.
The SCVMM automatically determines its live migration capability on the clustered host and selects
live migration, if applicable.
Dismissing a PRO Tip
You can dismiss a PRO Tip if you want to ignore it. To dismiss and close the PRO Tip, select Dismiss
at the bottom of the PRO Tip dialog box.
The Dismiss operation closes an active PRO Tip without implementing a migration. The Dismiss
operation does not reset the monitor to reactivate any future event monitoring. Future hardware
events of the same type are not monitored unless you reset the monitor on the management console.
