HP Console tasks operational and usage instructions
• Executing a PRO feature-enabled management pack console task may cause the SCVMM
service to stop running. To avoid this problem, Microsoft hotfix patch KB2308590 must be
installed. The hotfix can be downloaded from http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2308590.

Duplicate alerts
Duplicate alerts might result from HP ProLiant Server Management Pack and HP ProLiant PRO
Management Pack. The two management packs are designed for different workflows and purposes.
HP ProLiant Server Management Pack is for hardware fix alerting and HP ProLiant PRO Management
Pack is for virtual machine migration suggestion alerting. All PRO alerts have the "HP PRO” prefix.
