Copying
You can copy onto letter-, A4-, or legal-sized paper only. To copy:
You can change copy settings by pressing
Copy Quality
or
Reduce/
Enlarge
on the front panel (T65 models only) or by pressing
Menu
then

to enter the Copy Setup menu.
Using the Menu System
The HP OfficeJet menu system enables you to customize settings to
control how your copies and faxes look.
Printing a list of the menus
To print a list of all the menu items and their default setting, press
Menu,
then
3,
then
4.
Current settings are marked with asterisks (
*
).
The diagram on the following page shows the layout of the menu.

for paper type. Use
the arrows to view options and press
Enter
to
select an option.

Press either
Color Copy
or
Black Copy,
then enter the number of copies you want.

Load your document (see page 1-1).

Press the appropriate copy button
again to begin copying.
