Components The following section describes how to discover and manage an NBX
system using 3Com Network Director.
Discovering the NBX
Voice Network
NBX Voice Network Step
After you specified the community strings on your network within the
Network Discovery Wizard you can specify whether or not you have an
NBX system on your network in the step shown in Figure 416
. Refer to
“
Community Strings Pane” on page page 118 for details of specifying
the community strings.

Select the Yes radio button and click Next if you have a NBX system on
your network.
NBX Call Processors Step
This step allows you to specify the username/password that 3Com
Network Director should use to communicate with the NBX Call
Processors on your network.
