4 Enter the IP address, port and shared secret for the primary and backup
RADIUS authentication and accounting servers. Choose the appropriate
action for accounting failures.
5 Click the Edit Selection button in the Configuration Editor dialog box to
launch the Selection Editor dialog box, and click the Add Device button in
the Selection Editor dialog box to launch the Find Device dialog box.
Choose the Find by type option, select the Switch 4400 device type from
the drop down list, and click Find. Highlight the Switch 4400 devices that
provide the network connections for the new hot-desking area. Click OK
to add the devices to the selection of devices to be configured.
It is possible to save the selection of devices, to allow the application of
another configuration to the same devices at a later date.
6 Click OK in the Selection Editor dialog box, and then click OK in the
Configuration Editor dialog box to run the bulk configuration of the
selected devices.
7 In the Schedule Configuration dialog box, select the Now radio button to
start the bulk configuration operation immediately.
Once the bulk configuration operation has successfully setup the RADIUS
Server details on all of the selected switches 3Com Network Director will
be ready to configure the appropriate switch ports to use the network
login port security mode.
