The broadcast storm control setting will only be applied as part of the
configuration template if the associated checkbox is checked. The packet
rate limit setting will only be applied as part of the configuration template
if the broadcast storm control check box is checked and the broadcast
storm control value is set to Enabled. The packet rate limit value must be
in the range 0-262143.
