Applying a
Configuration
Template to a Device
or Port Selection
When you are ready to apply the configuration template, select the OK
button on the Configuration Editor dialog box. The Configuration Editor
dialog box validates each of the feature configuration panels and ensures
that the current selection includes at least one supported device or port
before allowing you to continue. If the selection which the configuration
template will be applied to has not been reviewed, a message will be
displayed asking whether you wish to do so.

editing the current selection. If the current selection has already been
reviewed, or the choice has been made not to, the Schedule
Configuration dialog box will be displayed, as shown in Figure 318
.

This dialog box gives the choice of starting the operation immediately or
scheduling it to start at a later date and time.
Using this dialog box the operation can be scheduled to start up to one
week from the current date.
Unless the configuration operation has been set for a future date the
operation begins when OK is selected. During the configuration
operation the Configuration Progress dialog box is shown indicating the
progress of the operation.
