222 CHAPTER 5: WORKING WITH THE MAP
If you are viewing the devices in your network grouped by subnet then
you need to locate and navigate to the subnet that the new switch is
present on, so that the device is present in the correct submap.
1 Find the submap in the tree and double-click on it to open the submap.

2 Select Edit > Add Map Item to launch the Add Map Item dialog box, and
locate the stackable switch icon in the list:
