LED Indicators
The NC6136 Gigabit Server Adapter has two diagnostic LED indicators for the fiber SC port.

LED Operations for the NC6136 Adapter
LED Name Display Description
LNK On The adapter is receiving power; the cable connection is good.
Off The adapter is not receiving power or the cable connection is
faulty.
ACT Blinking The adapter is sending or receiving network data.
Off The adapter is not sending or receiving network data.
