This guide detailed steps you need to follow to migrate from Qlogic failover/Emulex mulitpulse high

availability solution to HPDM multipath solution. The ste ps mentioned in this user guide can only be

applied to migrate the devices supported by HPDM multipath supported arrays.

NOTE:

This user guide does not describe the steps to be followed to migrate the boot and root devices based on

Qlogic/Emulex Multipulse SAN devices.

Intended audience

This document is intended for users w ho are willing to migrate from Qlogic failover/Emulex multipulse

high availability solutions to HPDM multipath solutions.
