Report Inquire Fields

The following section describes the fields found in the Report Inquire window.

Report Name

This field displays an eight-character string defining the name of a report.

Description

This field displays a 40-character text string describing the contents of

a report.

Job Name

This field displays the name of the job that creates the report.

User Name

This field displays the log on user name that creates the report.

Account Name

This field displays the log on account name that creates the report.

Report Inquire Function Keys

This section provides information on the Report Inquire function keys.

This option displays the next page of report records.

This option displays the previous page of report records.

Print Screen

This option prints the current screen of report records to the system

line printer.

Print All

This option prints all report records to the system line printer.

Exit

This option exits the Report Inquire window.
