X.25 Link QLLC Internal Error Codes
-6 through -16 MESSAGE: (reserved for internal use only)
CAUSE: An internal error has occurred.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-17 MESSAGE: CALL REJECTED DUE TO SECURITY VIOLATION
CAUSE: An incoming SVC call was rejected by SNA/X.25 because the
caller was unauthorized. That is, the caller's address was not included
in the call packet, or it was not the remote address the SNA node is
configured for.
ACTION: Verify that the Remote’s X.25 Network Address field of the
“SNA Node Configuration: X.25 Link Data” screen contains the correct
X.25 address for the host node. Also verify that the DIALNO operand of
the PATH macro in the host’s switched major node definition contains
the IBM’s X.25 address
and
the HP 3000’s X.25 address.
-18 MESSAGE: (reserved for internal use only)
CAUSE: An internal error has occurred.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-19 MESSAGE: SECURITY VIOLATION
CAUSE: A non-system process tried to launch the QLLC module.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-20 MESSAGE: RECEIVED INVALID QLLU
CAUSE: An unrecognizable QLLC control frame (QLLU) was received
from the remote system.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-21 MESSAGE: INFO FIELD NOT ALLOWED
CAUSE: A QLLU that information fields are not allowed for was
received with an information field.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-22 MESSAGE: INFO TOO LONG
CAUSE: A QLLU containing an information field that is too long was
received.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
-23 through -26 MESSAGE: INTERNAL ERROR
CAUSE: An internal error has occurred.
ACTION: Call your Hewlett-Packard support contact.
